Information and collection
Your name, company, email, optional phone number and enquiry are collected electronically through the form by automated means. Session identifiers and request timing protect the form. A salted hash of the IP address is used for submission limits; server access logs may contain IP addresses.
Purposes and legal grounds
Enquiry assessment and pre-contract communication rely on Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698 where directly necessary to establish or perform a contract with the individual. Business representative communication, enquiry management and system security rely on legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f), provided fundamental rights are not harmed. The form does not create a marketing subscription.
Recipients and retention
Authorised company personnel and the email provider process enquiry information to respond; the hosting provider processes technical records. Information may be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required. Records are retained only for the necessary purpose and applicable retention obligations, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised when those grounds cease.
Rights and requests
Under Article 11, you may enquire about processing and purposes, learn the recipients, request correction or deletion/destruction and notification to recipients, object to an adverse result based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
